Vadim took his racing boots for cleaning at a local shoe shine store, forgot to take out 200 USD; lunch at Italian place (carpaccio, sea bass, pasta with ground meet); drank two bottles of sparkling German and Italian wine to celebrate the new year in Moscow and an hour later in Lithuania; cab to Asia in the evening (1.5 hours each way); cab driver fighting with concierge; Asia restaurants, shops, nice parilla (soup, lamb chops); GS1200 parked in BMW exhibition area outside; one big open air disco; VIP standing tickets; a lot of young people; no champagne, people bringing their own alcohol; rum with … instead; dancing floor; large round tables for 10 people; latin music, final countdown; heading back home at 1 am
