We left the hotel at 8am and were brought back to the hotel at 6:30pm. It was a long day and we covered 370km on a tour bus. During out trip, we saw the following attractions:
- Oasis Tocanoe – where we saw how fruits are grown. It was amazing to see green nature in the middle of the desert
- Salar de Atacama (Solar Desert) – in the middle of the desert there were a few ponds where there were many flamingoes
.
- Laguna Misanti and Miniques – the two beautiful lakes at 4,200 meters above sea level surrounded by volcanoes at 5,600 meters highs for the highest one. We saw a fox and many vicunias (from lama family) walking around.
